Sarah Morrissey (she/her) is a Chicago-based chef and Registered Dietitian. Sarah’s interest in dietetics began when she was diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Eosinophilic Esophagitis, whose collective maintenance required major diet change. This inspired her career, and she received her BS and MS/DI from Saint Louis University. Throughout her time as a student, she kept a heavy hand working and learning in the kitchen. 

Now, as a food and nutrition expert, she is dedicated to providing inclusive services rooted in intentionality. Her experience in the kitchen has informed her practice. Her cooking is largely driven by the seasons as she seeks to highlight flavor and emphasize waste reduction. She is passionate and excited about helping others learn and grow. She prides herself on her inherent curiosity and strong work ethic.

On a personal level, she enjoys feeding family + friends, curating playlists, and cycling for leisure and exercise.
